The living environment plays an important role in tics control

Avoid scented shampoos and body washes, paints, perfumes


Wear a mask during pollen season

Keep home clean and use an air purifier if necessary

Avoid living in newly built, moldy, remodeled house or house with allergens

Avoid playing video games, watching TV or using other electronic devices
